These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at tsquarecloud.com, operated by T-Square Cloud (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Chennai, India. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data at scale without our permission
• Use the site to transmit malware or unlawful, infringing or harmful material
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, brand and visual identity of this website are owned by T-Square Cloud or used under licence, and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. The free audit and enquiries

Our free Website AI-Readiness Audit, and any guidance shared through the site or in response to enquiries, is provided in good faith and for general information. It is not a guarantee of specific results, and does not on its own create a professional or contractual obligation.

5. Services and billing

Paid services are provided under a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”) agreed with you. In summary:

• Care plans are billed annually
• Payment is made by bank transfer or UPI
• The specific scope, deliverables, renewal and cancellation terms for any engagement are set out in your signed proposal/SOW

Where these Terms and a signed proposal/SOW differ in relation to a paid engagement, the signed proposal/SOW prevails.

6. Third-party links and services

Our site and services may reference or rely on third-party providers (such as Google, Microsoft, Zoho, Digital Ocean and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them or to your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
