Who we are
T-Square Cloud (“T-Square Cloud”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at tsquarecloud.com and provides WordPress engineering and site-care services. We are based in Chennai, India. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it:
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and usage statistics
- Microsoft Clarity — behavioural analytics including heatmaps and session recordings, with automatic masking of sensitive fields

- Google — website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Microsoft — business email and productivity (Microsoft 365) and website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
- Zoho — business applications
- WPMUDEV — website security, performance and SEO tooling
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide our services, or to meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Payments
Payments for our services are made by bank transfer or UPI. We do not collect or store card or bank-account credentials on this website.
How we keep it safe
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to erase data we no longer need
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance about how we handle your data

Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
